Week 22 - Feb 11-15 We are getting near the end, which means a series of mini-crises almost daily. 2 weeks ago: Tuesday - the cabinets for the basement bathroom are too big. Why, might you ask? Well, the bathroom was 2" narrower than designed, because a wall had to be furred out for electrical. This means that the cheapest things to do is to swap out the 27" sink base with a 24" sink base. I got a discount on the new piece, but it's still another extra - anyone looking for a 27" white shaker vanity sink base? ha! Wednesday - the toilet is on backorder and we won't get it for at least 3 weeks. This one isn't so bad because it's our second bathroom and I don't have time to pick a different toilet, so I'm going to just leave this one alone. Week 21 - Feb 4-8 Man, life, it's crazy. I so meant to do a post 2 weekends and just never managed it. The back wall is done! The power is connected!! The creative downspout solution.
